You will receive an email + sms with tracking once your order is processed. Your order will then be dispatched and depending on your location, delivery is usually 3-7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary due to the volume of orders and demand. If you’d like to contact us regarding the status of your delivery, please wait at least 7 full business days from when you placed your order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Inconclusive research results within 30 days: If after your research you don’t believe the results were as expected due to the quality of product, please contact us and we will follow up with a questionnaire and your full refund. This can only be claimed once per customer.
