S4 (Andarine)

WHAT IS S4?

S4 is a lean body mass builder, as well as strength and vascularity enhancer. S4 is categorised as a SARM but was initially designed to treat several severe medical conditions such as muscle wasting, osteoporosis and benign pro-static hypertrophy. It has been effective with this as it uses the non-steroidal androgen antagonist bicalutamide as a lead compound. Compared to testosterone and other forms of steroids, the advantages of S4 is that it does not have androgenic activity in non-skeletal muscles. S4 is often thought of as the strongest SARM in terms of the many capabilities it has.

HOW IT WORKS:

S4 binds to the AR in muscle and bone at a third of the affinity as testosterone.
SARMS themselves bind to the AR (androgen receptor) and demonstrate osteo (bone) and myo (muscular) anabolic activity. When something binds and activates the AR it alters the expression of genes and increases protein synthesis which as a result builds muscle. SARMS cause muscle growth in the same method as steroids however the difference is that SARMS do not enhance the growth of ones prostate and affect other sexual organs. They do not cause the many problems that anabolics can cause, they don’t have the toxicity and in some circumstances only cause minimal suppression which allows for a rapid recovery. Steroids can cause long term problems from the high rates of suppression and unlike SARMS, they can actually reduce the sense of well being each day.

S4 provides huge amounts of strength, stamina and aides in rapid recovery. There is no estrogen conversion, no water retention or bloat and no toxicity. Thanks to its anabolic nature, the strength gains come rapidly but lean mass gains is the primary target from use.

DOSAGE

Concentration: 25mg/mL
Volume: 30mL
Dose: 1mL per day for 5 days on and 2 days off per week. Best results have shown to take one dose 30 minutes prior to a workout for increased performance in the gym.
Cycle Length: 8 – 12 weeks.
