Sale of Products
Once your product has been delivered at your address, you are held liable for these goods. There are no warranties included in your purchase at Sarms Alberta. Should your product break, be stored incorrectly, or choose not to use the products ordered in a timely manner Sarms Alberta is not deemed responsible. Products that are available on our site are subject to availability and price changes by suppliers and are updated without notification.
Shipping Policy
If you would like somebody to accept the delivery on your behalf, please ensure they are authorized to do so by providing them with written permission or by having them display confirmation that they live at the delivery address. Once your Parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via email with your unique ‘Delivery Number’ and Delivery details. You will also receive the Carrier’s details and their estimated transit time to your address.
Refund Policy
If your product was never delivered we will provide you with 100% refund of your order. This refund is excluded if you incorrectly provided contact and/ or shipping address details. It is important to confirm during the ordering process that you have correctly inputted this information. If an item is defective, you must notify us within 30 days of us dispatching the order, or you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
Missing or Damaged Return Policy
Products purchased from Sarms Alberta are fully covered by shipping insurance. In an unforeseen circumstance your order is damaged or lost in transit please contact us, and provide a complete detailed description of what has occurred, photo of the damaged product, along with your name and contact details. We will make it a priority to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
User & Consumer Engagement
Sarms Alberta monitors all communications that are trafficked throughout our website site and social media pages. We have the discretion to remove any content that is viewed repugnant, invasion of privacy, threatening, defamatory, or illegal from public viewing. Additionally, Sarms Alberta reserves the right to block or remove individuals from any communications from our company if any of the above is violated.
